Antecedent searches are carried out on trademarks published in the Databases that collect information from the European Union Trademarks at EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office); as well as from the International Trademarks at OMPI/WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) and from the National Trademarks at the Trademark Offices of the different member States of the EU, among which we can obviously find the Spanish Trademarks.
The result of these searches and our non-binding option on the viability of your Trademark is being sent to you by means of a Report in digital format via email.
